For those over 30, it is known that Brazil has always faced crises, justified by the most varied reasons: changes in government, inflation, currency devaluation, high unemployment rates. Once again it seems that a shadow of uncertainty overlaps a unique moment that Brazil is experiencing!
We cannot deny and we must not fail to see the basic needs we face, such as lack of infrastructure, precarious health care, chaotic security... this list is long, but I do not want to dwell on the negativity typical of pessimists.
We have countless examples of great brands and companies that were born and developed in times of crisis, which created opportunities, developed creativity and stood out, some of them such as Stefanini (IT), Kroton (education), Grupo Pão de Açúcar… at this moment that Brazil has zeroed its unemployment rate, celebrates the largest number of students in the classroom, is the most internet-savvy population, who learns to travel, to buy well and know how to analyze what they buy and, especially in a unique moment of celebration In the country of football, where all eyes are on us, are we going to complain about a crisis?
Big brands and companies are entering Brazil and those that haven't entered intend to arrive soon with overwhelming numbers and you, what do you intend to wait for? For the World Cup to end? Security of a new Government? Less corruption? I think it's better to wait sitting down. Take advantage of opportunities, learn how to overcome the main difficulties with a lot of creativity, encourage your team to think differently, to find solutions. Brazil is on the boil! Everything happening at the same time, it just depends on whether you are pessimistic or creative.
